Payment Method
Orders Within Japan: pay upon delivery (Yamato Collect Service)You have an option to pay in cash, credit card, or debit card upon delivery to your door. For credit card payments, you can select from one time payment, to pay in installments, or revolving payment.

International (non-Japan) orders: credit card (PayPal)
If you do not have an account with PayPal, please sign up for a new account first. The receiving account for all orders will be orders@humans.jp
Shipping & Handling Fee
within Japan: \525
within US: $5.00 (up to 5 items)
For every 5 items, the shipping & handling charges will add in $5.00 increments. (For example, if you order 7 items, your S&H charges would be $10.00 If you order 11 items, your S&H charges would be $15.00)
other International (all countries and regions outside of USA and Japan) orders: $10.00 (up to 5 items)
For every 5 items, the shipping & handling charges will add in $10.00 increments.

Exchange & Refund policy
It is our mission to serve you in the best way we can. If you have any questions on the order you have placed or received, please do not hesitate to contact us. In case of fault in item quality, please send the item back to the shipping originwith order #/invoice and HUMANS will exchange it with proper item. You will receive HUMANS credit (can be used at HUMANS web shop in the future) for the shipping fee you have paid to send the item back. If you wish to refund purchased item, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to the shipping origin (US or JAPAN), and new shipping fee will occur when exchanging item. Please contact us within 15 days of purchase to refund or exchange item. Any used item will not be eligible for return or exchange. Thank you.
